Positive: Nothing Negative: Cigarette burns, broken toilet, shower head leaked profusely, dirty, no soap in bathroom, broken blinds, broken chairs, do not stay here! So not worth the price.

Positive: The location was excellent. Chris was very helpful. Negative: Only 1 window would stay open and stay closed. The portable heater worked well.
